What is Group Training?

The term group fitness encompasses all form of fitness that’s done in a group setting, lead by a personal trainer or group instructor. Pushing Limits trainers set up a circuit-style course for each session.

What Should I expect?

Each participant is separated into groups of 4 or 5 at the beginning of the 60- minute session. Each participant will rotate with their small group to each station throughout the hour. We encourage everyone to push themselves, that is why HIIT is so effective, but you can take breaks when you need to. Its your body and your workout. Listen to your body.
